Studio 360 online sessions

Are you struggling to juggle a busy work, home and family schedule? Would you like to join a community of like-minded people who are sharing their exercise goals and improving their lives together? Try a Pilates program on Studio 360 online free session and see how pilates can easily fit into your life.

We understand the challenges modern life presents with attending sessions in person but sometimes the encouragement and your need but still need the accountability of attending a class is a great motivator .

 

Studio 360 Online classes offer you that accountability and convenience to join a live class at home with my guided expert tuition. Classes are suitable for all levels. Our live classes are held on Zoom. If you enjoy starting your day with a workout and want to feel ready to take on the day world, then our Early Riser Pilates class is just for you!!

Flexible class times

Like Pilates, I am flexible too so you can fit Pilates into your lifestyle with ease. Classes follow the school term dates and are booked in blocks for 6-8 weeks. If you choose to do more than one class per week, they can be booked in bundles too. Please see my ways of working below:

  • In Person sessions need to be booked in advance of the term

  • If you are joining mid-term, you only pay for the remainder of the term 

  • If you are booked onto a Zoom class and are unable to attend, you are allowed to catch up at a different Zoom session during that term (excludes the Undo Studio sessions)

  • If booked onto In Person classes and you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to catch up at any other Zoom class during that term

  • Any additional family members joining the Zoom classes are half price

  • Receive a discounted rate for In Person and Online Zoom classes when you subscribe to the Studio 360 App.

Our Pilates classes are popular classes, but that’s not all I offer. For those who need a more tailored approach I offer private 1:1 or small group sessions.

Learn the classic Pilates repertoire and if you choose to progress you will be given the opportunity to challenge yourself further. A fiery, flow-style Pilates class that is intended to challenge you, wherever you are in your movement practice.  All bodies are welcome!

Mixed ability pilates

At the crack of dawn we rise, awaken and move with energetic flow. This class is suitable for all bodies too. A wonderful start to the day, beginning with mindfulness, movement and merriness. 

Early risers pilates

An award winning, medically endorsed workout for bone and joint health. This exercise system uses varied and specific bone-strengthening exercises, functional movement and therapeutic exercises. This research-supported design, combines Pilates, strength training, functional movement and therapeutic exercise. It also uses techniques to align the joints, enhance posture and balance and prepare the body for optimal loading of the bones, which is how they strengthen!

Pilates for Buff Bones®

The Buff Bones® workout has gained popularity as well for toning the body and enhancing flexibility. The movements are beneficial for people who’ve suffered from general injuries and are also useful for enhancing the skillset of athletes and dancers.

Various pieces of small equipment used in many of these classes are, resistance bands, soft Pilates ball, a chair, weights, massage ball and magic circle.
