My passion for the last 2 decades has been pilates and preparing food (the Italian and Indian blood flowing through my veins!) that makes me feel happy. After starting a career in the busy corporate world of London, I soon realised I was seeking a more balanced approach to being. That’s when the journey began. Through my love for movement (swimming, running, skiing to say the least) and mindful living, my goal is to empower you through intelligent movement as you listen to your body; responding to its everyday needs.

No“body” is the same and through your time with me, you will begin to move better, breathe better, with less pain, more strength and greater confidence. I want you to feel stronger and revitalised from the inside out, (mind, body and spirit), revitalised and in harmony with your body after a session with me. Believe that I am committed to your individualised growth and with my expertise, I offer you direction, inquiry, and curiosity into your own practice.

Veronica

Veronica’s passion and curiosity for movement led her to explore Pilates and yoga, she has also completed her BSc Physical Education and Sport Science. She also specialises in Pre and Postnatal movement, where she can show her passion for empowering women through the movement. Currently, she’s finishing her second comprehensive Pilates course from Polestar® teacher training, and also diving deep into the study of fascia and Myofascial
 


Chains. She is also doing her NutritionTherapy course focused in Naturophaty with Fernando Queipo, at Kinesica, Madrid Moreover, Verônica brings to her classes elements of the Hanna Somatics, Feldenkrais and Franklin method.  Her mission is to guide her students to a place where they fully understand and embrace their bodies, filtering these actions into their daily lives, allowing them freedom of movement in a functional and intelligent manner.

Lauren

Lauren’s love for exercise and movement brought her to find her joy in yoga and Pilates, she is particularly interested in injury prevention as a keen runner and hockey player. As well as my mat pilates qualification she has also completed pilates for common orthopedic

conditions and pre and post-natal pilates. She enjoys formatting a varied class and changing this up each week and in particular working with students and noticing their progression. A class with Lauren will leave you feeling challenged, relaxed and more mobile.
