Service Description

Experience Pilates from every angle with our 360 Mixed Apparatus Pilates Circuit. This dynamic small-group class allows you to explore different pieces of Pilates equipment within one carefully structured session. You may move between the Reformer, Cadillac, Pilates Chair, Arc Barrel and mat-based exercises, experiencing how each piece of apparatus can support and challenge your body in different ways. With a maximum of three clients, you will enjoy the variety and energy of a circuit-style class while still receiving the personalised instruction Studio 360 Pilates is known for. Each station has a specific movement focus, which may include strength, mobility, balance, posture, stability or functional movement. Exercises are selected and adapted according to the experience and needs of the group. The mixed apparatus format keeps your Pilates practice varied and engaging while allowing you to experience the benefits of the complete Pilates system. You may work on one piece of equipment while another client is working on a different apparatus, before rotating through the session. Your instructor is there to guide, support and progress your movement throughout. This class is ideal for clients who already have some familiarity with Pilates equipment and would like to: • Experience more than Reformer Pilates • Build strength across the whole body • Improve mobility and movement control • Challenge balance and coordination • Develop confidence across different Pilates apparatus • Keep their Pilates practice varied and engaging Our approach is not about moving as quickly as possible from station to station. Every exercise has a purpose, and every movement is guided with attention to alignment, control and quality. Enjoy a private 1:1 session and 5 classes over 6 weeks. Valid for 6 weeks from the date of your first session.
